No notifications are delivering

Feature Request

I set a daily alert notification at 8pm or so for the app to remind me to login to do the day’s lesson but no alerts are received and notifications are turned on under settings. Kindly look into this, please. Thanks,

    Assalamu Alaikum,

    Thank you for posting this. We've become aware of this issue and have been looking into it. We are upgrading our entire notification system as we speak, and this should be rolled out over the next few days and weeks, inshaAllah. The notifications will be much better and will be consistent. We're just doing a lot of tests at the moment, and this should hopefully improve your overall experience. I appreciate that notifications can be very helpful to remind you to do lessons.

    Assalamu Alaikum, we made some significant improvements to our notification system, so this should hopefully no longer be an issue. Jazakallah khayr.

    Assalaamu alaykum, we’re aware of some issues with notifications and this is next up on our priority list of things to address - jazakallah khayr for your patience whilst we sort it out!
