My streak went back to Zero after a consistent 60 - something days and I did the lesson before midnight. Could please reset it back? Also, please introduce streak freezes. It’s demoralizing to go vs k to zero without a chance to make it back

Salam Please could the number of lessons per day restriction be lifted. It feels quite controlling to me as I feel this should have been told to be before you took my annual charge I feel like I’ve been mislead and mis sold . As how many Muslim would actually subscribe if they knew that they only can do 3 lessons per day.

I just went through the app and did the subscription and trial for 7 days then it took me to my Apple wallet then kicked out with our signed up?? When i try to go back again it take me to the 1st step all over again and I am afraid that I am already subscribed and now it will ask me twice to do the? I juts signed up through the app support not the actual app! I need help.

Assalamolekum, please can you fix and sort out the manage subscription page. instead of being redirected to settings then subscriptions it would be much easier and clearer to be able to just sort it out within the app or be able to view on website. Now i paid for free trial plus one year subscription and then on app i got a cheaper one time offer which i accepted and because my apple account is different email it got linked to another account. Now there is no way to cancel the subscription on my first account and it keeps telling me to go visit settings app when there is only the 2nd account subscription there. So how do i cancel my web subscription then? i would suggest being able to view the terms within the app and make changes from there

I can see from previous posts that people have requested to be able to do more lessons in one day, and the answer is that it has been resolved; however, I did a few then it locked me out from all others and said I have to come back tomorrow. I started at the beginning, so a lot of it I already knew and was excited to move forward.

When will all courses be released for the ihsan section and are there any others in the works? I am currently on the free trial and would love to buy the full version of the app but with the high price tag I would really appreciate a fully complete app. Will new content constantly be released?
