Please refund

I am writing to request a refund for a subscription that I did not intend to purchase. I was trying to activate a free trial, but I was unexpectedly charged for a one-year subscription in the amount of $59.99.

After noticing the charge, I contacted my bank, and they advised me to reach out to you directly to request a refund.
